We’re pleased to confirm the return of the battling midfielder to the Indodrill Stadium.

The former Motherwell man first signed for the Wasps back in 2014-15 as Danny Lennon fought for Championship survival and what memories we’ve been given since then. From playoff pushes, last day survivals and cup drama Hetherington has seen it all in his 202 Alloa appearances.

Steven joined Falkirk at the beginning of the 2021 season and quickly captained the Bairns. In the latter stages of last season he slotted in masterfully as expected at Dick Campbell’s Arbroath to help them attain Scottish Championship survival.

It’s great to have him back for the 2023-24 season.
