In fairness to Danny Lennon's side they never gave up and scored an excellent equaliser through Chris Johnstone to draw level. Alloa then suffered a blow when Andy Stirling had to leave the field with an injury and was replaced by ex Wasp Ahmed Aloulou who is training with "The Wasps". Indeed it was Ahmed who was to come on and score the winning goal firing high into the top corner of the net for a 3-2 victory.
