    Disabled Access at Ayr

    Thursday, May 02, 2019 5:10:05 PM

The cost is £11 for a wheelchair user, free entry for an accompanying carer.

Wheelchair users should enter the stadium by Exit G signage clearly marked. Entrance money should be paid to the Steward at the gate.

Ambulant fans can also enter via this gate with prior arrangement with the administration office, (as per Disabled Supporters Policy) and should speak to the Stewards on duty if they require assistance.

The area for wheelchair users to view the match is situated under the Family Stand, the cover there is reasonable with the front of the area open to the weather.

There are dedicated Male and Female disabled toilets in this area, plus a number of seats available. There is a snack bar located close by and if assistance is required please contact the Stewards in that area.

A limited number of car parking spaces (Blue badge holders) are available in the main carpark on Tryfield Place, on a first come first served basis. There is space for drop off/ pick up at exit G, but strictly no parking or waiting.

Somerset Road will have cones and parking restrictions but there are a number of streets nearby available to park in, avoiding the residents parking bays at Somerset Gardens.

There is no social club/ bar as such at the Stadium, but away support are welcome at the adjoining Hawkhill Bowling Club and Ayr United Hospitality Suite (members or Hospitality Customers only), which has wheelchair access. Please book in advance for hospitality.

For fans requiring access to the disabled area on match day, must contact the Operations Manager, at least 24 hours prior to the Match, Main office, who will add them to the match day register.
