“We are glad they have decided to sponsor Alloa Athletic as their first venture into the Scottish game and are grateful for their support.

“This will make a huge difference to the club and we feel we can work closely with them to our mutual benefit.

“There will be some exciting opportunities lined up for those involved with the club, both corporate and individual supporters, and details will appear on the website."

Shaun Martin, partnership manager at The Energy Check, said they were delighted to be named the Alloa Athletic's official front of shirt sponsor.

He added: “For those who don’t know us, The Energy Check are an international energy consultancy, focused on the commercial and domestic markets in the UK, ROI, U.S.A and France."

“Our main aim for our customers is to reduce energy costs, consumption and their carbon footprint."

“As part of our agreement with Alloa, we’re working closely with the club to ensure we deliver reductions in energy consumption at the club, alongside providing opportunities for the fans to make fantastic savings on their utilities."

“It’s an exciting time for both organisations entering what we expect to be a long-lasting relationship and we wish the club all the success both on, and off the pitch for this coming season."

“We look forward to working with Alloa Athletic F.C and being a part of its continued success.”
