    Team Noble

    Friday, March 31, 2017 5:52:45 PM

Tomorrow’s match sponsors are Caesar & Howie, The central Scotland Law Group, two of their guests will be firefighters who are going to be rowing the Atlantic Ocean this year for the fire fighters charity as part of “Team Noble” (after John Noble who lost his life in an RTC whilst responding to an emergency call at a local primary school).

Caesar & Howie are sponsors of this venture (along with others)  “Two former Alloa Fire Fighters Kristopher Elliot and Allan Huntly are set to take on the challenge of a lifetime this December as they attempt to row 3,000 nautical miles across the vast Atlantic ocean in theTalisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge. Rowers start the challenge in small 23ft rowing boats in La Gomera, in the Canary Islands, and finish in Antigua, West Indies.  Currently fewer people have rowed the Atlantic than have travelled into space or climbed Mount Everest. Kris and Allan are raising money for the Fire Fighters Charity in memory of former Alloa Watch Manager John Noble, who was killed in the line of duty in 2008. They have named themselves Team Noble in Johns Memory.

You can follow their journey or make a donation via Facebook by following @TeamNoble2017 or on their Website at team-noble.org”
