    Manager Barry Smith was a busy man this evening, with another four players signing for next season. The manager was delighted to re-sign influential midfield playmaker, Ryan McCord who returns for his fourth season with the club since signing from Dundee United in the summer of 2011, Ryan has now made 114 first team starts and has scored 31 goals for the club. Versatile Jonathan Tiffoney who recently turned 23, has also agreed terms again for next season, “Tiffers” had an excellent season last term for “The Wasps” and will look to add to his 28 first team appearances for the club. Popular defender Mark Docherty returns to the club after having an outstanding season with Stranraer last season, Mark had originally signed for “The Wasps” from Brechin City in July, 2011 making 44 first team appearances and another 22 from the bench and scored 4 goals before being released by Paul Hartley at the end of last season, welcome back Mark. The manager has also brought in his first new face in signing 27 year old David Weatherston who helped Stirling Albion gain promotion this season through the play offs gaining promotion from Division Two along with Peterhead into the First Division. David, is a forward player who likes to break quickly from wide areas using his fast past, he has previously given service to Queen’s Park, St. Johnstone, Queen of the South, Falkirk and most recently with Stirling Albion, welcome to Recreation Park.
